By downloading or using RadioRipple (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
RadioRipple is an internet-radio player. It lets you discover and play publicly available live radio streams, including stations listed in the community-run Radio Browser directory. RadioRipple is a player and directory client; it does not own, host, or control the radio stations or their content.
2. Third-Party Content
Radio stations, their streams, branding, and audio are the property of their respective owners and are provided by third parties. Availability, content, and quality of any station are outside our control and may change or stop at any time. If you are a rights holder and believe a stream should not be listed, contact us and we will act on legitimate requests.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial listening, and not to misuse, redistribute, rebroadcast, or attempt to capture or resell any stream accessed through the App.
4. Accounts
If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign out at any time.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any station will be available or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadioRipple and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any third-party content accessed through it.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
